高钛型高炉渣中的TiO2含量达20%~23%,是宝贵的二次资源。利用TiO2对盐酸的稳定性,将炉渣中的酸溶性物质酸解后固液分离得到钛渣,并分析原料粒度、酸渣比、反应温度、反应时间对钛渣中TiO2含量的影响,得到较佳的酸解反应条件。通过XRD图谱分析可知,高炉渣中A l,Mg,Fe等元素的化合物物相均已完全酸解,产品钛渣中TiO2含量达48%以上。该工艺为综合利用高钛型高炉渣提供了一种有价值的新途径。
The content of TiO2 in high-titanium blast furnace slag is 20% ~ 23%, which is a valuable secondary resource. The stability of hydrochloric acid with TiO2 was studied. The acid-soluble material in the slag was acid-hydrolyzed to obtain titanium slag after solid-liquid separation. The influence of raw material size, acid / slag ratio, reaction temperature and reaction time on the TiO2 content in titanium slag was analyzed. Good acid hydrolysis reaction conditions. By XRD pattern analysis, it can be seen that all the phases of Al, Mg, Fe and other elements in the blast furnace slag have been completely acidified, and the TiO2 content in the product titanium slag reaches more than 48%. The process provides a valuable new approach for comprehensive utilization of high-titanium blast furnace slag.
