林业部提出凡是森林环境优美,生物资源丰富,自然景观和人文景观比较集中,具有观赏、文化、科学价值和一定的规模,经科学保护和适度建设,可供人们游览、观光、休憩、疗养、狩猎或进行科学、文化、教育活动的地域,应当建立森林公园。为了帮助调查设计人员和基层林业工作者系统了解森林公园规划设计的内容和具体作法,我部特请教授级高级工程师王永安、工程师但新球主持这一讲座。较系统地介绍森林公园规划设计工作。讲座共分四讲,于今年内各期发表。
The Ministry of Forestry proposes that all forests have beautiful environments, rich biological resources, natural landscapes and cultural landscapes that are relatively concentrated, with ornamental, cultural and scientific values and a certain scale. They are scientifically protected and appropriately constructed for people to visit, sightseeing, rest and recuperation. In areas where hunting or scientific, cultural, and educational activities are conducted, forest parks should be established. In order to help survey designers and grass-roots forestry workers to understand the contents and specific practices of the forest park planning and design, our department specially invited professor-level senior engineer Wang Yongan and engineers but New Ball to host the lecture. A more systematic introduction of the planning and design work of the forest park. The lecture is divided into four sessions and will be published in various periods this year.
