实现“专业化”出版是出版企业努力的方向,尤其是专业出版社,更要对专业出版编辑提出“专业化”的要求。专业出版编辑在“专业化”过程中面临着种种障碍,为了解决这些问题,我们提出了职业认同是编辑专业成长的源动力,制定新编辑培训与定期交流制度,实施项目制工作方式以及产权人格化激励机制,形成扁平化组织结构和合理的人才配置等建议,以帮助编辑尽快实现“专业化”。
