以去氧胆酸钠诱发大鼠(200-250g)急性胰腺炎,随机分为三组:正常组,胰炎+盐水组,胰炎+栀子组。观察了急性胰腺炎时黄嘌呤氧化酶(XOD)和还原型谷胱甘(GSH)的变化及栀子的影响。结果显示如下:(1)胰炎时,胰腺组织中 XOD 明显高于栀子组和正常组(P<0.01),而血清中 XOD无显著差异。(2)胰炎+盐水组的胰腺和血清中 GSH 均明显降低(P<0.01)。(3)用栀子治疗后,XOD 和 GSH 与正常相近,表明栀子可能是通过抗自由基产生与清除增强而保护胰腺的。
Acute pancreatitis in rats (200-250g) was induced with sodium deoxycholate and randomly divided into three groups: normal group, pancreatitis + saline group, pancreatitis + wolfberry group. The changes of xanthine oxidase (XOD) and reduced glutathione (GSH) in acute pancreatitis and the effect of wolfberry were observed. The results are shown below: (1) In pancreatitis, the XOD in pancreatic tissue was significantly higher than that in the scorpion and normal groups (P<0.01), but there was no significant difference in serum XOD. (2) GSH in the pancreas and serum of the pancreatitis + saline group was significantly lower (P<0.01). (3) After treatment with wolfberry fruit, XOD and GSH were similar to normal, suggesting that wolfberry may protect the pancreas by enhancing the production and elimination of free radicals.
