氨在制造冷冻剂,氮肥、石油等工业中被广泛应用,硫化氢为其生产中产生的废气。氨、硫化氢急性中毒病例偶有报道,但二者联合作用引起的急性角膜结膜炎病例尚未见报道,现将我市某氮肥厂一起由氨、硫化氢联合作用所引起的急性角膜结膜炎报告如下: 一、发病原因 某氮肥厂实行技术革新,新建一套碳酸氢氨生产线,其产量是原来的二倍,因未安装防毒抽风装置,在离心机与包装处的全部工人相继出现眼异物感,流泪与双眼刺痛等急性角膜结膜炎症状,以致不能正常生产,严重影响生产经济效益。事后,厂力在离心,包装处安装抽风装置,生产环境有明显改善。现场测量结果见表Ⅰ。由于测定时离心与包装处已安装抽风装置,我们不能模拟当时的现场毒物浓度。
