合适成年人参与制度一项起源于英国旨在保护未成年人犯罪嫌疑人和精神障碍嫌疑人的司法制度,我国法律中虽然没有直接的法律条文规定合适成年人参与制度,但已经在部分地区展开了试点,当前我国理论界还是实务界则都倾向于将“合适成年人参与”制度拓展到未成年人刑事司法的全过程。本文论述了在我国未成年人刑事诉讼中引入合适成年人参与制度必要性,并就未成年人刑事诉讼实践中如何完善合适成年人参与制度提出了自己的建议。

This article discusses the necessity of introducing appropriate adult participation system in the criminal proceedings of juveniles in our country and puts forward some suggestions on how to perfect the system of suitable adult participation in the criminal proceedings of juveniles.
