做好后进生的转化工作是每一位教师均遇到的难题。转化后进生是实施素质教育,让每一位学生健康、和谐发展,提高教育质量的重要一环。转化后进生又是一个非常艰难工作。我有几点经验之谈。一、爱心浇灌心灵爱是教育最伟大的语言,也是教育最有效的通行证。教师有了爱,才会用伯乐的眼光去发现学生的闪光点。才会主动靠近他们用心栽培他们。这就需要老师用一颗爱心去发现这些孩子身上值得称赞的地方。总之,要善于发现后进生身
