漳州市芗城区认真贯彻落实中央、省再就业工作有关会议精神,把就业和再就业工作摆在更加突出的位置,加强组织领导,采取有力措施,层层建立目标责任制,狠抓各项工作落实,立足实际,发挥城区优势,依托社区,突出特色,不断拓宽社区就业渠道,努力实现社区充分就业的目标。开展创建“基本无失业人员社区”活动。区委、区政府成立创建“基本无失业人员社区”领导小组,制定具体实施意见,按照“成熟一个,创建一个”的原则,以点带面,全面铺开。去年12月至今,通过组织验收,“基本无失业人员社区”已达18个,占全区社区数的27.3%。各示范点通过详细掌握社区内失业人员分布情况和就业意向,积极开展社区就业培训,组织社区劳务供需见面会,利用社区资源共享,提供社区就业服务,努力为社区内的失业人员和下岗职工寻找就业门路和再就业岗位,取得了阶段性成果。今年来,全区已举办14场供需见面会,提供就业岗位4745个。18个社区示范点共有居民55177人,下岗失业人员2723人,共开发就业岗位8953个,安置就业2668人,占全区安置数的60%,成为解决失业人员再就业的有效载体,实现了预期的目标。
