2013年第4季度,中央企业青联三届三次常委(扩大)会议胜利闭幕后,时任国资委党委书记的张毅专程到会看望中央企业青联委员,与中央企业青联主席团、秘书处成员亲切座谈并发表讲话。针对当前中央企业形势和青联工作,张毅提出了3点要求:一是把握大势,牢记使命,增强做好中央企业青联工作的责任感;二是深化认识,提升能力,推动中央企业青联工作实现新发展;三是锤炼作风,当好表率,切实发挥在广大青年中的示范影响作用,引导央企青年投身中国梦的伟大实践。现将讲话摘要编发,供大家学习参考。
