目的 :观察联合应用引导骨再生术和牙周固定术治疗重度牙周炎的疗效。方法 :将48例重度牙周病患者随机分为实验组和对照组,各24例,实验组29个患牙行引导骨再生术和牙周固定术,对照组35个患牙行引导骨再生术。分别记录术前、术后3个月、术后6个月患牙牙周探诊深度(periodontal probing depth,PPD)、附着丧失(attachment loss,AL)、龈沟出血指数(sulcus bleeding index,SBI)、牙松动度(teeth mobility,TM)及牙槽骨高度(alveolar bone height,AH)。结果 :与术前相比,两组术后3个月PPD、AL、SBI、TM均明显减少,且有显著性差异;术后6个月,实验组疗效优于对照组。结论:牙周引导骨再生术联合应用牙周固定术治疗重度牙周病能明显改善临床指标,且疗效优于单独应用引导骨再生术。
Objective: To observe the curative effect of combined application of guided bone regeneration and periodontal fixation for severe periodontitis. Methods: Forty-eight patients with severe periodontal disease were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 24 cases in each group.
