在各种晶体的结构类型中BaTiO3 、CeO2 和NaCl 晶体的结构相对比较简单,但是它们的生长习性一直得不到合理的解释。如PBC理论很难合理解释BaTiO3 、NaCl 和CeO2 晶体的生长习性及习性变化。本文采用配位多面体生长习性法则研究了BaTiO3 晶体,CeO2 晶体和NaCl 晶体的理论生长习性。发现BaTiO3 晶体的生长习性为立方八面体;CeO2 晶体的生长习性为立方体;NaCl 晶体的生长习性为八面体,解释了溶液的过饱和度对NaCl 晶体的生长习性的影响。
The structures of BaTiO3, CeO2 and NaCl crystals are relatively simple in the structure types of various crystals, but their growth habits have not been properly explained. As PBC theory is difficult to reasonably explain the growth habit and habits of BaTiO3, NaCl and CeO2 crystals. In this paper, the growth habit of BaTiO3 crystal, CeO2 crystal and NaCl crystal was studied by using the rule of coordination polyhedron growth. The growth habit of BaTiO3 crystal was cubic octahedron. The growth habit of CeO2 crystal was cubic. The growth habit of NaCl crystal was octahedron, which explained the influence of supersaturation of solution on the growth habit of NaCl crystal.
