Purpose: To analyze possible mechanisms to induce angle closure glaucoma (ACG) with nanophthalmos. Methods: The anterior segments of 14 eyes from 7 nanophthalmos patients were examined by an Ultrasound Biomicroscope, Cases 1 and 2 had no history of any other ocular diseases or treatments.
