通过分析四轴联动电火花线切割 (WEDM )数控机床的运动 ,发现在复杂直纹面的WEDM加工中 ,电极丝的最大倾角、上丝架和工作台的最大行程均发生在上下轮廓对应直线段的端点处 .在此基础上提出一种最大倾角和最大行程算法 ,并将其应用于WEDM数控验证中 ,以防止运动碰撞和干涉 .仿真实例证明 ,文中方法可有效保证加工精度 .
By analyzing the movement of WEDM CNC machine tool, it was found that the maximum inclination of electrode wire and the maximum stroke of upper wire rack and workbench occurred in the WEDM machining of complex ruled surface occurred in the upper and lower profile corresponding to the straight line Based on this, a maximum dip and maximum stroke algorithm is proposed and applied to the WEDM numerical control verification to prevent the collision and interference of the motion. Simulation examples show that the method in this paper can effectively guarantee the machining accuracy.
