近几年我国的石油企业飞速发展,技术水平已经相当成熟,现在已经成为出口石油的大国,在石油领域有了相当高的建树,突破了一个个技术难关和考核标准。在开发和生产环节已经远远超出了其他部分国家,跟上了时代的发展。但是在开发环节上有些质量问题和效益问题还有待解决和提高。在开发钻井时,由于我国的地形差异较大地质形态千变万化,在钻石油井时会出现很多问题,除了钻井质量以外还有钻井液的效率和负面影响也相当的严重。现有的钻井液体系易对油、气层造成伤害,很容易污染了纯净的原油,探索钻井过程中防止油、气层伤害的技术措施是油层保护的首要环节。因此本文就在石油开发中钻井液的问题,提出了钻井液改进的措施研究,在这里我们以硫酸钾聚合物钻井液体系为例进行了探讨。
In recent years, with the rapid development of petroleum enterprises in our country, the technical level has been quite mature. Now it has become a big country that exports oil and has achieved rather high achievements in the petroleum field. It has broken through the technical difficulties and assessment standards one by one. In the development and production has far exceeded other parts of the country, to keep up with the development of the times. However, some problems of quality and efficiency in the development are yet to be solved and improved. When developing drilling, due to the ever-changing geological forms of our country, there are many problems in diamond oil wells. Besides the drilling quality, the efficiency and adverse effects of drilling fluid are quite serious. The existing drilling fluid system is easy to oil and gas damage, it is easy to pollute the pure crude oil, exploring the drilling process to prevent oil and gas damage technical measures is the primary part of reservoir protection. Therefore, in this paper, the problem of drilling fluid in petroleum exploitation is put forward, and the measures of drilling fluid improvement are put forward. Here we take potassium sulfate polymer drilling fluid system as an example.
