目的:通过种植即刻修复临床效果分析其影响因素及相关对策。方法:对满足适应症的前牙缺失患者采用临时基台即刻修复,咬合无接触。对于牙列缺失患者,采用临时金柱塑料桥即刻修复,咬合主要集中于前牙区。修复后定期复诊,进行临床检查及x-ray检查,3-6个月后完成永久修复。结果:前牙缺失及牙列缺失患者即刻修复均获得良好临床效果。讨论符合适应症的前牙延期种植即刻修复患者,获得良好的临床效果是可预期的。对于前牙即刻种植即刻修复患者,拔牙后须具备一定厚度的完整骨壁,如果唇侧骨板缺损,尽量不做即刻修复;如果骨壁完整,厚度理想,可考虑不翻瓣即刻种植即刻修复。牙列缺失患者的即刻修复,由于后牙区骨高度的限制,通常在前牙区植入长度为10mm以上种植体,后牙区可选用13-18mm的斜种植体,以缩短悬臂,即All-on-4技术。当然,即刻修复的种植体都必须具有良好的初期稳定性,植入扭矩应达到35N.cm以上。结论:严格掌握适应症和把握影响因素,种植即刻修复可获得满意的临床效果。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the influencing factors and countermeasures through clinical effect of planting immediate repair. Of course, immediate restoration implants must have good initial stability and implant torque should be above 35 N · cm. Conclusion: Strict control of indications and grasp the influencing factors, planting immediate repair available satisfactory clinical results.
