目的探讨超声心动图对甲状腺功能亢进性心脏病的诊断价值。方法选取2015年3月—2016年7月河南省永城市人民医院收治的33例甲状腺功能亢进性心脏病患者作为观察组,另选取同期单纯甲状腺功能亢进患者及体检健康者各33例,分别作为对照A组与对照B组。三组患者均行超声心动图检查,对比三组心功能指标[左室射血分数(LVEF)、左心室后壁厚度(LVPWD)、左心室舒张末期内径(LVDD)、右心室舒张末期内径(RVDD)、主动脉瓣前向血流速度(Aoflow)、肺动脉瓣前向血流速度(Poflow)、二尖瓣A峰及E峰,E/A值]水平,并对观察组心脏功能及解剖结构进行分析统计。结果观察组LVEF、LVPWD、Aoflow、Poflow及E峰均低于对照A组与对照B组,LVDD、RVDD、E/A均高于对照A组与对照B组,A峰低于对照组A组,高于对照B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组以左心房增大(75.76%)及右心室增大(51.52%)发生率最高。结论对甲状腺功能亢进性心脏病行超声心动图检查,可直观显示患者心脏功能及结构变化,进而可为疾病诊断提供重要客观依据,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of echocardiography for hyperthyroidism heart disease. Methods Thirty-three patients with hyperthyroid heart disease admitted from Yongcheng People’s Hospital of Henan Province from March 2015 to July 2016 were selected as observation group. Thirty-three patients with hyperthyroidism during the same period and 33 healthy subjects were selected as Control group A and control group B. The three groups of patients underwent echocardiography, comparing the three groups of cardiac function indicators (LVEF, LVPWD, LVDD, RVDD, Aoflow, Poflow, peak A and peak E and E / A of mitral valve were measured. The changes of heart function and anatomy Structure analysis and statistics. Results The LVEF, LVPWD, Aoflow, Poflow and E peak in the observation group were lower than those in the control group A and control group B, LVDD, RVDD and E / A were higher than those in the control group A and control group B, (P <0.05). The incidence of left atrium (75.76%) and right ventricular enlargement (51.52%) were the highest in the observation group. Conclusion The echocardiography examination of hyperthyroid heart disease can directly show the cardiac function and structural changes of the patient, and thus provide an important objective basis for the diagnosis of the disease and is worthy of promotion.
