目的研究磷酸肌酸钠对扩张型心肌病心功能不全患者的干预效果。方法选取2012年10月—2014年8月收治的92例扩张型心肌病心功能不全患者,根据随机抽签法分为对照组和观察组,两组各46例。对照组患者给予利尿剂、强心剂、β受体阻滞剂、血管紧张素II受体拮抗剂以及转换酶抑制剂、血管扩张剂等常规基础药物治疗,观察组患者在常规基础治疗上给予磷酸肌酸钠治疗,两组持续用药治疗2周后,观察两组患者心功能相关参数[心率(HR)、脑钠尿肽(BNP)、左室射血分数(LVEF)]、心功能改善效果以及不良反应症状。结果两组均取得较好的治疗效果,HR、BNP、LVEF较治疗前有明显改善,具有统计学意义(P<0.05),但观察组治疗后HR(75.23±12.15)次/min、BNP(1378.52±994.36)ng/L较对照组(82.03±14.24)次/min、(1948.64±1028.47)ng/L显著较低,LVEF(36.21±6.38)%较对照组(30.17±5.94)%明显较高,均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组心功能改善有效率95.65%较对照组80.43%明显较高,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗过程中两组均未出现不良反应症状和死亡病例。结论在常规药物治疗基础上,磷酸肌酸钠可有效改善患者心功能相关指标、恢复心功能,且安全性较好,是临床治疗扩张型心肌病较为安全有效的药物。
Objective To study the intervention effect of sodium creatine phosphate on patients with dilated cardiomyopathy and heart failure.
