传统的超宽带带通滤波器阻带较窄,不能有效抑制谐波。为了抑制超宽带系统中的高次谐波,进一步提高接收机的灵敏度,在分析叉指谐振器、半圆型缺陷地结构和阶梯阻抗并联枝节结构的基础上,设计了一种新颖的超宽带带通滤波器,该滤波器具有较好的阻带特性。最后使用Agilent N5230A矢量网络分析仪对其进行测试,测试结果表明该滤波器工作频带为3.1~10.6GHz,通带内插损小于1.5dB,上阻带的工作频率可以超过18GHz,抑制电平达到-10dB,能有效抑制谐波。
The traditional ultra-wideband band-pass filter has a narrow stopband and can not effectively suppress the harmonics. In order to restrain the higher harmonics in ultra-wideband system and further improve the sensitivity of the receiver, a novel ultra-wideband (UWB) band was designed based on the analysis of the structure of the interdigitated resonator, Pass filter, the filter has better stopband characteristics. Finally, the Agilent N5230A vector network analyzer is used to test it. The test results show that the filter operates at 3.1 ~ 10.6GHz, the passband insertion loss is less than 1.5dB, the upper stop band can work at over 18GHz and the suppression level reaches -10dB, can effectively suppress the harmonic.
