复合陶瓷缸套是由氮化硅瓷套与钢背复合镶嵌制成,经过试验室性能试验及现场工况条件下的实际使用,不但能满足野外各种工况条件的需要,而且使用寿命已达到1029小时,比一般淬火缸套的寿命提高5倍以上,是一种新型耐磨材料,为改善泥浆泵性能,提高易损件耐磨寿命提供了一个新的途径。现将有关情况介绍如下。我厂氮化硅陶瓷缸套的研制工作是在刚玉陶瓷缸套研制工作基础上开展起来的,从78年到82年经过四年多的摸索探讨,在唐山陶瓷研究所的大力配合下试验成功了刚玉陶瓷缸套,并通过苏北徐州矿区现场工
The composite ceramic cylinder liner is made of silicon nitride porcelain sleeve and steel back composite inlay. After the laboratory performance test and actual use under the conditions of field work, it can not only meet the needs of various working conditions in the field, but also has a service life. It is a new type of wear-resistant material that reaches 1029 hours, which is more than 5 times longer than the life of the general quenched cylinder liner. The research and development work of our factory’s silicon nitride ceramic cylinder liners was carried out on the basis of the research and development of corundum ceramic cylinder liners. After more than four years of exploration from 78 to 82 years, the trials were successfully carried out with the cooperation of Tangshan Ceramic Research Institute. Corundum ceramic cylinder liners, and through on-site workers in the Xuzhou mining area in northern Jiangsu
