目的 复制周期短 ,操作简便的门静脉高压性胃病 (PHG)模型。方法 Wistar大鼠 72只 ,一期门静脉缩窄法 (PVL)缩窄门静脉横截面积 90 %制备模型 ,双色素造影直接观察大鼠术后不同时间胃壁动静脉短路 (A V短路 )开放情况并作定量计数。结果 大鼠术后单位面积A V短路计数PVL第 1天从 (11.2 8± 0 .34 )个 /cm2 增加到 (33.14± 0 .5 2 )个 /cm2 ,差异有非常显著性 (P <0 .0 1) ,第 15天达最高峰 (42 .2 0± 0 .86 )个 /cm2 。A V短路与门静脉压呈正相关 (r =0 .86 ,P <0 .0 1)。结论 PVL大鼠是目前PHG研究的较合适模型。
Objective To shorten the replication period, easy operation of portal hypertensive gastropathy (PHG) model. Methods Totally 72 Wistar rats were enrolled in this study. One-stage portal vein narrowing (PVL) was used to narrow the cross-sectional area of the portal vein. The open situation of short-circuiting of the arterial veins (AV short circuit) at different time points was observed by double- Quantitative counting. Results The PV short-circuit count per unit area of rat after PVL increased from (11.28 ± 0.34) / cm2 to (33.14 ± 0.52) cells / cm2 on the first day after PVL, the difference was significant (P <0. 0 1), reached the peak on the 15th day (42.2 ± 0.86) / cm2. A V short circuit and portal pressure was positively correlated (r = 0.86, P <0.01). Conclusion PVL rats are the most suitable model for PHG research at present.
