建立一种反相高效液相色谱(RP-HPLC)法测定竹茹提取物及其不同部位的腺苷含量的方法。采用RP-HPLC法;Luna C18 ODS柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),乙腈-0.01 mol/L磷酸缓冲溶液(pH 6.5);体积流量:1.0 m L/min;进样量:10μL;柱温:40℃;检测波长:257 nm。采用RP-HPLC法竹茹提取物及其不同部位的腺苷含量,在0.121~124μg/m L范围内线性关系良好(R2=0.999 9),平均回收率为98.1%~99.1%,RSD为1.98%~3.11%,检测限为40 ng/m L。方法简便、灵敏、准确,可普遍应用于竹茹提取物的质量研究和品质控制。
