为验证自制１４Ａ６，胃癌单克隆抗体免疫组化染色对胃癌诊断的实用价值，本文采用ＡＢＣ免疫酶标法对２５６例胃组织进行了组化分析。结果：胃癌阳性率为８３．６％（１１２／１３４），浅表性胃炎３０．６％（１９／６２），萎缩伴肠化胃粘膜５８．３％（７／１２），不典型增生胃粘膜６６．７％（１０／１５），大致正常胃粘膜１２．５％（１／８），２５种成人脏器组织全部阴性（０／２５），结肠癌６２．５％。胃癌阳性率显著高于其它组织（Ｐ＜０．０１），其次为伴有不典型增生和萎缩伴肠化胃粘膜。浅表性胃炎及大致正常胃粘膜最低。显色阳性癌细胞分布特点为弥漫性，少数呈局灶性。胞浆染色阳性率为７８．５％，阳性物质多呈颗粒样，少数呈膜浆联合着色，极少为膜型，不同类型和分化程度的胃癌以未分化腺癌和粘液腺癌阳性率较高。初步结果表明１４Ａ６ｍｃＡｂ对胃癌细胞有较好的反应性和特异性，对鉴别良恶性病变组织具有一定的参考意义。
To verify the self-made 14A6, gastric cancer monoclonal antibody immunohistochemical staining for the diagnosis of gastric cancer practical value, the use of ABC immune enzyme standard method of 256 cases of gastric tissue were analyzed. The positive rate of gastric cancer was significantly higher than other tissues (P<0.01), followed by atypical hyperplasia and atrophy with intestinal metaplasia. Superficial gastritis and roughly normal gastric mucosa are lowest. The color development positive cancer cells were diffusely distributed, and a few were focal. The positive rate of cytoplasmic staining was 78.5%, most of the positive materials were granular, a few were stained with membrane plasma, and rarely were membranous. The positive rates of undifferentiated adenocarcinoma and mucinous adenocarcinoma in gastric cancers of different types and differentiation were compared. high. Preliminary results indicate that 14A6mcAb has good reactivity and specificity to gastric cancer cells, and has certain reference significance for the differentiation of benign and malignant lesions.
