本文研究了应用同位素稀释法测定微量铁的问题。研究了下列五种萃取体系:(1)7-碘-8-羟基喹啉-5-磺酸-过量碘代四丁胺-氯仿;(2)8-羟基喹啉-氯仿;(3)铜铁试剂(亚硝基苯胲铵)-醋酸乙酯;(4)TTA-二甲苯;(5)乙酰丙酮-氯仿。本文实验结果表明:以应用铜铁试剂为最好。本文还较详细地研究了应用铜铁试剂测定铁的方法。在我们的实验条件下可测出10~(-6)克Fe,而误差小于10%。提高所用放射性指示剂的比度和应用高纯度的试剂,可进一步提高灵敏度和准确度。研究了27种离子对测定的影响,发现:K,Mg,Ca,Ba,Zn,Co,Ni,Mn(Ⅱ),Pb,La,Ce(Ⅲ),Cr(Ⅲ),Al,Bi(Ⅲ),Th(Ⅳ),U(Ⅵ),PO_4~(3-),AsO_4~(3-),VO_3~-,CrO_4~=,MnO_4~=,WO_4~=皆不干扰本法对Fe的测定;Cu(Ⅱ),Hg(Ⅱ),Sb(Ⅲ),Sn(Ⅳ),Zr(Ⅳ)有干扰作用。
This paper studies the application of isotope dilution method for the determination of trace iron. The following five extraction systems were investigated: (1) 7-iodo-8-hydroxyquinoline-5-sulfonic acid- excess iodine tetrabutylamine-chloroform; (2) 8-hydroxyquinoline- Iron reagent (nitrosophenylammonium) -Ethyl acetate; (4) TTA-xylene; (5) Acetylacetone-chloroform. The experimental results show that: the best use of copper and iron reagents. This paper also studied in more detail the method of determination of iron using copper and iron reagent. In our experimental conditions can be measured 10 ~ (-6) grams of Fe, and the error is less than 10%. Increasing the ratio of radioactive indicators used and the use of high purity reagents can further increase the sensitivity and accuracy. The effects of 27 kinds of ions on the determination were studied. The results showed that the contents of K, Mg, Ca, Ba, Zn, Co, Ni, Mn (Ⅱ), Pb, La, Ce ), Th (Ⅳ), U (Ⅵ), PO_4 ~ (3 -), AsO_4 ~ (3 -), VO_3 ~ -, CrO_4 ~ =, MnO_4 ~ = and WO_4 ~ = all do not interfere with the determination of Fe ; Cu (Ⅱ), Hg (Ⅱ), Sb (Ⅲ), Sn (Ⅳ) and Zr (Ⅳ) interfere with each other.
