“园区式”中央空调系统在使用过程中存在机动性和特殊性:它既要兼顾时间差异,人群差异,活动状态差异,又要考虑突发使用需求。针对繁杂的相互影响的多元化因素,单凭感性地“堆砌”或者“消减”负荷需求不具备说服力。所以只有建立可行的科学方法,认真研究负荷变化规律,并依据计算结果进行合理地分析,才能优化选择主机和设备,再根据可能的偶然情况需求完善调控方案,做到兼顾投资、使用、节约等各方面,满足业主任务要求,完成合格的设计产品。
