联合化疗的根本目的是获得药物的协同作用,根据质量作用定律派生出半效原则,并总结出剂量—效应之间的一般化公式,归纳为三种方法,即Webb分量乘积法、loewe等效曲线方法、Chou—Talalay联合指数方法,用来鉴别联合化疗中的协同、相加和拮抗作用,反映剂量—效应关系。引入计算机软件系统,输入剂量和效果的数据,可给出半效曲线、等效曲线,算出CI值即反映协同作用和拮抗作用的程度,也可算出剂量减少指数。
The basic purpose of combined chemotherapy is to obtain the synergistic effect of drugs. According to the law of mass action, the principle of half-effect is derived and the general formulas of dose-effect are summarized. The three methods are summarized as Webb component product method, loewe equivalent Curve method, Chou-Talalay joint index method to identify synergic, additive and antagonistic effects in combination chemotherapy, reflecting the dose-response relationship. The introduction of computer software system, the input dose and effect data can be given half-effect curve, the equivalent curve, calculate the CI value that reflects the degree of synergy and antagonism, but also calculate the dose reduction index.
