目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声对输尿管肿瘤的诊断价值。方法:应用彩色多普勒对21例输尿管肿瘤患者诊断,结合经阴道和经直肠超声与手术及病理对照,并对声像图特征回顾性分析。结果:21例输尿管肿瘤均经手术治疗,20例输尿管原发癌,其中2例并发肾盂肿瘤,1例平滑肌肉瘤,超声确诊18例,漏诊1例,误诊2例。结论:彩色多普勒对输尿管肿瘤有重要诊断价值。
Objective: To investigate the diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasound in ureteral tumors. Methods: Twenty-one patients with ureteral tumor were diagnosed by color Doppler, combined with transvaginal and transrectal ultrasonography and surgical and pathological control. The features of sonography were retrospectively analyzed. Results: Twenty-one ureteral tumors were surgically treated and 20 were primary ureteral carcinoma. Two of them were complicated with renal pelvis tumor, one was leiomyosarcoma, 18 were diagnosed by ultrasound, 1 missed diagnosis and 2 were misdiagnosed. Conclusion: Color Doppler has important diagnostic value for ureteral tumor.
