民族振兴,教育是根本;教育发展,教师是关键。建设一支高素质的教师队伍,是中国教育发展战略和宏观政策的重点,而教师专业化发展是建设高素质教师队伍的关键环节。以加强师德教育为前提,以完善制度改革为动力,以强化教师培训为核心,坚持以人为本,着眼于教师的可持续发展,是建设一支高素质的专业化教师之行之有效的途径。
National rejuvenation, education is fundamental; education development, teachers are the key. Building a contingent of high-quality teachers is the focus of China’s education development strategy and macro-policy. Professional development of teachers is a key link in building a contingent of high-quality teachers. To strengthen the education of teachers as the premise, to improve the system reform as the driving force to strengthen teacher training as the core, adhere to the people-oriented, focusing on the sustainable development of teachers is to build a high-quality professional teachers of the effective way.
