Objective To investigate the effects of tenofovir (TDF) on renal function in AIDS patients and its related factors in order to further guide the clinical use of TDF and optimize the anti-viral treatment strategy of AIDS. Methods According to whether to take TDF antiviral therapy, patients were divided into exposure group and control group, and their renal function and urinary routine indexes were compared and analyzed. Results In the exposed group, the abnormal rate of urea nitrogen in renal function indexes was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant; there was no significant difference between the two groups in creatinine and uric acid. Conclusion TDF lead to kidney damage in patients with increased incidence of urea nitrogen abnormalities. Clinical medication should avoid the risk of renal damage caused by risk factors, the need for timely treatment of renal damage.
