目的探讨充血性心力衰竭(CHF)患者血浆内皮素(ET)、降钙素基因相关肽CGRP的变化及其与心功能的关系。方法对入选的121例CHF患者测定了血浆ET和CGRP水平,超声心动图测量左室射血分数(LVEF),评价心功能,同时选择27例正常人作为对照组。结果CHF患者CGRP水平低于正常对照组,而血浆ET水平高于对照组(P<0.01);随着心功能恶化,CGRP水平逐渐降低,而血浆ET水平逐渐升高;相关分析表明;CHF患者血浆ET与CGRP水平和LVEF呈负相关,而血浆CGRP与LVEF呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论CHF患者血浆ET和CGRP参与了CHF的发生发展,其水平高低可反映CHF心功能损害程度。
Objective To investigate the changes of plasma endothelin (ET) and calcitonin gene related peptide CGRP in patients with congestive heart failure (CHF) and its relationship with cardiac function. Methods The plasma levels of ET and CGRP were measured in 121 CHF patients. The left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) was measured by echocardiography and the cardiac function was evaluated. At the same time, 27 normal subjects were selected as the control group. Results The level of CGRP in CHF patients was lower than that in normal control group, while the level of ET in plasma was higher than that in control group (P <0.01). With the deterioration of cardiac function, the level of CGRP decreased gradually and the level of plasma ET increased gradually. Correlation analysis showed that CHF patients Plasma ET and CGRP levels were negatively correlated with LVEF, while plasma CGRP was positively correlated with LVEF (P <0.01). Conclusion The plasma levels of ET and CGRP in CHF patients are involved in the development of CHF. The levels of CHF may reflect the severity of CHF dysfunction.
