Simple system management can make school work serialized and organized, but its negative impact is that it restricts the freedom of teachers and students from playing to a certain extent or violates the wishes of individuals, and often leads teachers and students to passively execute work instructions. In this way, the subjectivity, initiative, and innovation of teachers and students can hardly be fully realized. On the other hand, too much emphasis on individual will, one-sided understanding of human-centered thinking, and exaggerating its constraining effects on management, can easily lead to the formation of unorganized and undisciplined trends. Therefore, only the concept of humanistic management runs through scientific institutional management.
