中共中央政治局常委、中央纪委书记王岐山在中央纪委委员学习贯彻党的十八大精神研讨班上指出:“党章,章章重要,首先要熟读总纲。”党章总纲深刻阐述了我们党举什么旗、走什么路的政治信念问题,集中反映了我们党为了谁、依靠谁的政治立场问题,鲜明宣示了我们党反对腐败、从严治党的政治决心问题。信念、立场、决心问题至关重要,事关旗帜方向,事关事业成败,事关队伍纯洁,必须旗帜鲜明、坚定不移笃信之、践行之。党章总纲深刻阐述了我们党举什么旗、走什么路的政治信念
