急性腰扭伤,在体力劳动中发病率较高。发病主要原因是:因肩挑重物或提举重物时,身体用力不当,或在干活当中突然扭转身躯,以致腰部肌肉强力地收缩而造成肌肉痉挛、筋膜或肌纤维撕裂、腰骶部小关节扭挫等。常见的损伤部位为两侧腰肌,腰骶部椎间的小关节或棘上韧带等。其症状表现为腰部僵硬,运动受限,不能前屈、后仰和侧转活动,重者体位倾斜或不能行走,伤处有明显地压痛等,给劳动者带来很大的痛苦和不便。怎样防治急性腰扭伤呢?在体力劳动中思想要集中,这样才能使身体用力一致。我们千活走路都受大脑中枢神经的支配。每当人们提举重物时,大脑中枢神经就会协调地支配入的身躯和四肢去操作。如思想分散,注意力不集中就会使中枢对运动器官的支配不协调,以致脊柱平衡失调造成急性腰
