1992年12月,我园按市、区有关文件规定,增加了收费标准。对此很多家长不理解。当时正赶上房山区号召买楼房,因此对于一般月收入仅200多元的机关工作人员来说,确实难以接受。尽管区文教委领导做了大量宣传工作,并专门为此做了电视讲话。但“增加托儿费”和“买房”依然成为当时房山地区群众纷纷议论的两大焦点。不少家长向区委、区政府写信反映收费问题;我园曾4次接待调查组的调查。在这种情况下中大班幼儿陆续退园,我园幼儿从370人降至270人。面对如此现实,我们非常不安,但头脑仍保持冷静,果断地采取了补救措施:
