斜坡训练一般是指利用起伏的野外丘陵山坡地形,以及变化范围在3°~25°的坡道上进行练习。对提高练习者的心血管系统的功能,发展速度耐力,动力性力量耐力,突破速度障碍,改进步长步频,摆臂等技术起着主要作用。当今肯尼亚、埃塞俄比亚等世界中长跑强国,从基础训练的准备期到比赛及以后的调整期,全年各个训练阶段都安排了许多不同量和强度的斜坡训练内容,把此项内容作为一项基本训练手段,取得了十分优异的运动成绩。下面介绍常见的运用斜坡进行中长跑训练的方法。
