无机胶凝材料稳定粒料作为基层材料的干缩特性是影响其长期使用性能的重要因素之一。通过室内击实与干缩试验,研究HA S稳定粒料中的含泥量对其强度以及干缩特性的影响规律。采用回归分析方法,获得干缩应变和平均干缩系数与失水率的关系;同时采用灰色关联分析方法,论证了含泥量对HA S稳定粒料干缩特性(最大干缩应变和最大平均干缩系数)的重要影响。分析结果可为道路HA S固化剂稳定粒料基层设计和施工提供参考数据。
As one of the important factors affecting the long-term serviceability, the shrinkage characteristics of inorganic gelling material as the basic material is stable. Through indoor compaction and shrinkage test, the influence of clay content in HA S stabilized pellets on its strength and shrinkage characteristics was studied. The relationship between dry shrinkage strain and average shrinkage shrinkage coefficient and water loss rate was obtained by regression analysis method. The gray correlation analysis method was also used to demonstrate the influence of clay content on the shrinkage characteristics of HA S stabilized pellets (maximum shrinkage strain and maximum average Shrink coefficient) of the important impact. The results of the analysis can provide reference data for the design and construction of the roadbase HA S curing agent stable granular grassroots.
