我国经济发展持续增长,建筑工程项目也越来越多,对建筑工程造价进行有效的管理和控制,能够提高企业的经济效益和社会效益,为企业在社会中树立良好的形象。就目前来看,我国建筑工程造价管理及控制依旧存在各种各样的问题,严重阻碍了建筑企业的发展。本文将分析和探究建筑工程造价管理与控制中存在的问题,提出相应的管理控制措施,以此提高我国建筑企业发展速度。
China’s economic development continues to grow, construction projects are also more and more, the effective management and control of construction costs, can improve the economic and social benefits of enterprises for enterprises in the community to establish a good image.
