作为我国社会主义建设的生力军,国有建筑企业经过20多年的改革发展,在日渐成熟的市场以及竞争激烈的环境中,不断的调整自我,不论是在经营规模和发展模式上,还是在管理方法上,国有建筑企业有了质的变化,并逐步适应了市场的发展规律。不过,在我国目前的国有建筑企业中仍然还存在着一些问题,不仅使企业的市场竞争力受到了影响,今后的改革和发展也很可能受到其潜在的风险的影响。本文针对国有建筑企业的发展状况,对国有建筑企业如何在市场经济的条件下实现更好更快的发展进行了分析,仅供大家参考。
As a new force in the socialist construction in our country, after more than 20 years of reform and development, the state-owned construction enterprises have been constantly adjusting themselves in an increasingly mature market and a highly competitive environment, both in terms of operation scale and development mode, and in terms of management methods The state-owned construction enterprises have had qualitative changes and gradually adapted to the market’s law of development. However, there are still some problems in the current state-owned construction enterprises in our country.
