近几年来,我省的食用菌生产发展很快,特别是平菇、凤尾菇生产技术简单,源料广泛,食用营养丰富,味道鲜美、市场需要量大,经济价值高,栽培已遍及全省。在栽培面积不断扩大的情况下,菌种的生产数量感到供不应求。特别是栽培要能获得较高产量和好经济效益,菌种的优劣就成为主要关键。为了有助于我省食用菌的发展,下面就平菇、凤尾菇菌种的生产作一介绍,供作参考。一、菌种的生产时间我省平菇、凤尾菇的栽培可分为春、秋(秋末、冬初)两个季节。那么,什么时间开始制种比较合适呢?一般说来,我省常见菌种都是属于中温型,其制种时间可分为三个阶段:即母种的生产时间为7—8月(指用于接原种的母种),有保存条件(冰箱)的单位可终年生产;凤尾菇原种的生产时间为7月底至8月底,平菇原种生产时间为8月底至9月底;凤尾菇生产种的制种时间为
