一个传媒集团有很多的单元,每一个单元在传媒集团中的位置不同,所起的作用也不同。有些单元是不可能实现赢利的,比如微博、微信公众号;它们的主要作用是提高整个集团的影响力和品牌价值,或者为其他单元的影响力服务。而有些单元则是可以实现赢利的,比如报纸、网站、游戏平台、房地产、物业、财务投资。因此,在报业转型的设计中,就不一定需要每个单元都有经济指标的要求,只要每个单元能够形成合力,构建的整个集团能有经济指标要求就能够保证整个集团的运行。
