我部某产品的外表面系H62黄钢材质,根据实际使用和库存情况,对产品提出了较为严格的理化性能指标,如下表检测完毕,试件用清水洗净干燥后,表面光泽应与原样无异即光亮18k金色泽,不得有距500mm内可见的腐蚀点. 为达到上述技术要求,我们对产品表面的H62黄铜做了如下防腐处理. 一、化学抛光与缓蚀H62黄铜制件的光亮浸蚀,国内外都已有使用双氧水做氧化剂的微酸抛光工艺报导,我们根据产品外观的质量要求进行了双氧水-硝酸型微酸抛光处理,得到了光亮如镜的外观. 黄铜件在微酸抛光后表面状态很不稳定,极易被空气中氧及其它腐蚀性气体作用而失光变色,传统的铬酸钝化处理能较好的起到保护作用,但铬酸的酸值较高,使已经抛光至镜面般的表面失去光泽
