烧结配料过程是钢铁冶金技术的一道重要工序,随着钢铁行业竞争的加剧,高炉对烧结矿的品质要求不断提高,配料已成为烧结技术改造的关键环节。针对烧结配料过程所表现出的非线性、大惯性及纯滞后等复杂特性,结合模糊控制的模糊自适应控制能力,设计了烧结配料模糊PID控制系统,仿真结果表明所设计的智能控制系统能获得比传统IPD控制系统更优越的动静态性能。
Sintering process is an important process of steel metallurgy technology. With the intensification of the competition in the steel industry, the requirements for the quality of the sinter blast furnace continue to increase. The ingredients have become the key link in the sintering technology reform. In view of the complicated characteristics such as non-linearity, large inertia and pure hysteresis exhibited by the sintering process, a fuzzy PID control system of sintering batching is designed with the fuzzy adaptive control ability of fuzzy control. The simulation results show that the designed intelligent control system can obtain More superior than the traditional IPD control system of static and dynamic performance.
