仪器制造行业为增加产量、提高质量、减轻劳动强度,更好地满足工业自动化的要求,对其本身也要不断提高自动化水平。本文简要叙述了日本横河电机制作所在电动差压变送器生产线中应用计算机控制的自动测试和调校系统,重点介绍了系统的构成,压力、温度、总校工位框图和调校工序。该系统在MFP型电磁流量计、YEWLO型涡街流量计等产品的测试、调校中也取得了很好的应用效果。
Instrument manufacturing industry to increase production, improve quality, reduce labor intensity, to better meet the requirements of industrial automation, itself must also continue to improve the level of automation. This article briefly describes the application of computer-controlled automatic test and adjustment system in Japan’s Yokogawa Electric Differential Pressure Transmitter production line, with emphasis on the system structure, pressure, temperature, the total station block diagram and calibration procedures. The system in the MFP-type electromagnetic flowmeter, YEWLO-type vortex flowmeter and other products testing, tuning has also made good application results.
