目的观察胎儿面颅骨初级骨化中心出现的时间顺序。方法采用Noback氏法将胎儿制成透明标本,用茜素红染色观察。结果胎儿面颅骨初级骨化中心出现的时间为8~32周;最早出现的是上、下领骨及颧骨,最晚出现舌骨大角。面颅骨出现初级骨化中心的数目分别是1~5个,其中泪骨、下鼻甲最少,仅1个;舌骨最多,5个。除舌骨、下鼻甲、腭骨锥突和下领颈为软骨内成骨外,其余面颅骨均为膜内成骨。结论我国胎儿面颅骨初级骨化中心出现的时间与Potter报导的美国胎儿面颅骨初级骨化中心出现的时间基本相同。
Objective To observe the time sequence of fetal primary skull center. Methods The fetus was made transparent by Noback’s method and stained with alizarin red. Results Fetal calf primary ossification center appeared for 8 ~ 32 weeks; the earliest appeared is the upper and lower collarbone and the cheekbones, the latest appeared hyoid horn. The number of primary ossification centers in the face skull is 1 to 5, respectively, with the lowest in the lacrimal skull and the inferior turbinate, with only one hyoid bone and 5 hyoidbones. In addition to the hyoid bone, inferior turbinate, palatine condyle and under the collar for intra-cartilage osteogenesis, the rest of the skull are intramedullary osteogenesis. Conclusions The appearance time of fetal primary cranial ossification center in China is similar to that of Potter’s primary fetal cranial craniofacial center.
