目的 了解吸引器接头的污染情况 ,为其定期消毒、更换提供参考意见。方法 对全院病区抢救室及手术室的备用状态吸引器接头细菌污染进行调查。结果 60份标本中污染率为 4 3 .3 % ,主要菌群为大肠埃希菌、铜绿假单胞菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和表皮葡萄球菌等。结论 接头污染可能是院内一个潜在的污染源 ,对其进行细菌监测 ,及时消毒、更换 ,消除潜在污染源 ,对减少医院感染十分必要
Objective To understand the contamination situation of the aspirator fittings and provide reference opinions for their regular disinfection and replacement. Methods The bacterial contamination of the suction connector of the standby state in the emergency room and operating room of the hospital was investigated. Results The contamination rate in 60 samples was 43. 3%. The main flora was E. coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Staphylococcus aureus and Staphylococcus epidermidis. Conclusion Contamination of joints may be a potential source of pollution in the hospital. Monitoring bacteria, disinfecting and replacing them in time, eliminating potential sources of pollution are very necessary to reduce nosocomial infections.
