龙眼为我省特产佳果,自古以来被视为珍品,深受国内外人民欢迎。但是龙眼果实易烂而不耐贮运,并且成熟期较集中。为了延长供应期,福建农学院园艺系教师洪启征、盛慧云等人自1979年开始进行龙眼保鲜试验,在此基础上,1982年与晋江地区茶果食杂公司、泉州冷冻厂协作,进行中型试验。9月2日以晋江地区主栽品种——福眼为材料,用不同浓度仲丁胺(2AB)(系国际粮农组织批准药物)、BO—10等药物处理,后置于聚乙烯袋内于2.5~3℃温度下贮藏。
Longan specialty products for our province fruit, since ancient times is regarded as treasures, welcomed by the people at home and abroad. However, longan fruit is rotten but not resistant to storage and transportation, and the maturity is more concentrated. In order to extend the supply period, Hongqizheng, Sheng Huiyun, teachers of horticulture department of Fujian Agricultural College started longan preservation experiment since 1979. On this basis, in 1982, they cooperated with tea plantation in Jinjiang and Quanzhou Freezing Plant to conduct medium-sized experiment. Sept. 2 in Jinjiang area varieties - Fu Yan as the material, with different concentrations of butylamine (2AB) (Department of Food and Drug approved by the International Organization for Food and Drugs), BO-10 and other drugs, and placed in a polyethylene bag 2.5 ~ 3 ℃ temperature storage.
