现代心理学家认为,让学生长时间重复某一内容和方法,他们的注意力难以集中,情绪也会逐渐低落。根据这一特点,体育教学,要从学生的生理、心理特点出发,在体育课的教学内容、方法、步骤等方面采用多层次、多方向、多变化的立体式程序教学法。实践证明,此教法有利于调动学生学习的积极性,全面发展他们的身体,较快地增强体质,提高掌握动作技能的效率,使教学效果较之传统体育教学有显著的优势。
Modern psychologists believe that allowing students to repeat for a long time a certain content and method, their attention is difficult to concentrate, emotions will gradually decline.
