企业财务治理结构是借助于科学的财务治理手段合理配置企业财权,通过平衡财务决策权、财务执行权和财务监督权,协调和促进利益相关者的权利、义务和责任的一整套制度和机制的集中安排。本文从我国民营企业财务管理存在的现实问题入手进行成因性分析,在此基础上,切中要害的提出优化民营企业财务治理结构的对策和建议。
