唐山市自来水公司职工思想政治工作研究会(简称职研会)是一个群众性组织,现有会员21名。近年来,这个组织在公司党委的领导下,不断加强研究会的建设,在工作上年年提出更新更高的要求,坚持动态管理,保持会员相对稳定,适时吸收新会员,保证了组织健全。为不断提高会员的思想理论水平和写作能力,有计划请上级研究会的领导、报社记者等为会员讲课,选送有关人员
Tangshan City Water Company employees Ideological and Political Work Research Association (hereinafter referred to as Research Council) is a mass organization, the existing 21 members.
