介绍了三种结构的稠油水平井抽油泵：带液力平衡补偿液缸的水平井抽油泵、带导向功能固定阀的水平井抽油泵、带环形阀的大斜度抽油泵；在阐述抽油泵的工作原理和结构特点的基础上，研究了水平井抽油泵环隙漏失理论计算方法。通过现场试验分析，表明所研制的水平井抽油泵工作平稳、可靠、抽汲效果好，泵效达４１％～４３％以上。 The paper introduces three types of heavy oil horizontal well pump: a horizontal well pump with hydraulic balance compensating cylinder, a horizontal well pump with directional fixed valve and a large-scale oil pump with a ring valve. Based on the working principle and structural characteristics, the theoretical calculation method of annular leakage of horizontal well pump was studied. Through the field test and analysis, it shows that the developed horizontal well pump works smoothly and reliably, has a good pumping effect, and the pump efficiency reaches above 41% ~ 43%.
