氩氧脱碳法是冶炼低碳不锈钢的主要精炼法,美国碳化物公司研制成功后,逐渐投入生产,并得到推广。其利用冶金原理降压的理念,符合现代冶金技术的科学性,达到了真空的效果,从而使碳脱到一个很低的水平。本文扼要介绍了钢的炉外精炼技术AOD技术,论述了国内外不锈钢AoD精炼的过程控制系统,并对系统中的特点作了介绍,将氮的动力学模型和数学模型应用到精炼过程中,旨在为自主设计新的AOD精炼系统提供有用的信息。
Argon oxygen decarburization method is the main refining method of smelting low-carbon stainless steel, the United States Carbide company successfully developed, gradually put into production, and to be promoted. The concept of using the principle of metallurgy buck, in line with the scientific nature of modern metallurgical technology to achieve the effect of the vacuum, so that carbon off to a very low level. In this paper, the AOD technology of steel refining outside the furnace is briefly introduced. The process control system of stainless steel AoD refining is discussed. The characteristics of the system are introduced. The kinetic model and mathematical model of nitrogen are applied to the refining process. It is designed to provide useful information for designing a new AOD refining system on its own.
